This slip dress was made by Vanity Fair in the 1950s— their lingerie from this era is very collectible, and it's becoming harder to find their 50s pieces in such great condition. I love the shape of this slip: the chevron shape of the bodice at the waist is so flattering, and the cut is just perfect. The lace is backed by a mesh, so it has a very slight sheerness, but not overtly so... I would wear with nothing under. It features a lace panel at the hem, and adjustable straps.

This vintage slip was made in the 1980s, and it's is so romantic— the floral lace bodice is scalloped at the neckline, and forms a point, to create a flattering illusion at the waist.
